LiveTablePlus株式会社 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to set forth the handling of personal information in the web service "LiveTablePlus" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

  • Restaurant information (restaurant name, address, business hours, category, etc.)

2.3 At the Time of Reservation

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Reservation details (date and time, number of guests, course, etc.)

2.4 Information Automatically Collected During Use of the Service

  • Access logs (IP address, access date and time, browser information)
  • Cookie information
  • Usage history (videos viewed, search history, reservation history, order history)
  • Device information (OS, screen size, etc.)

2.5 Information Contained in User-Posted Content

  • Videos and images (which may contain personally identifiable information such as faces)
  • Content of comments and reviews

3. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes:

  6. When the business is succeeded due to a merger, business transfer, or similar event

5. Use of External Services

In connection with operating the Service, we use cloud services and other solutions provided by external providers. We may entrust the handling of personal information to these providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. We select such providers appropriately and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision. The main purposes are as follows:

  • Cloud infrastructure (servers, database, authentication)
  • Content delivery (CDN) and security measures

  • Machine translation for multilingual support
  • Delivery of notifications regarding reservations, etc.

  4. After account deletion, personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period of time, except for information that is required by law to be retained.

Users under the age of 16 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Service. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
